We’re grateful you bought a piece from Katalpa. All preordered clothing is made by hand and can take several weeks to receive your package. Unless the plop listing specifies otherwise. Remember it's just one artist running the show, be kind and patient. Feel free to contact info@katalpa.studio with questions.
All Clothing fits true to size, is preshrunk, and packed up with steady vibes. If there is any doubt in sizing. Size up. Since all of our pieces are only available in tiny, limited edition runs, we can only accept returns for store credit (see return policy). The variations and Individuality in our dye work is what distinguishes a Katalpa piece as a Katalpa piece, as they are all 1/1, so please be cognizant of your size! In the rare event that items are lost or damaged in transit, we take no liability. If you feel something has arrived damaged contact us within 10 days of receiving the shipment.
We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to goods occurring in transit. If a claim is needed to be filed please follow this link below.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for full store credit.
To return an item, the following criteria must be met:
• Return process must be started within 10 business days of delivery.
• The returned piece(s) must be unworn and complete.
Once the piece(s) are received and inspected, store credit will be issued. If an exchange is being made, the customer will be required to purchase the desired piece using the store credit issued. We are not responsible for the risk of loss or damage during return shipment.
Something to note:
• Items purchased during seasonal sales cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs.
• Store credit for the online store will be given for the retail price of piece(s) purchased.
Customer assumes all shipping expenses.

Shipping time
Some items are for preorder. This means pieces can take up to a month to ship after the closing of the preorder. Plops will specify if they are preorder. You may cancel your preorder up to one hour after your order has been placed. Otherwise, the piece can be exchanged for store credit.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
All pieces are hand dyed and hand screened. This will result in variation of color and the dye job. While dyes are occasionally marketed with specific color ways and forms, we dye mindfully and intuitively, allowing our artistic expression to manifest itself in our pieces. This means that each of our dyes is a unique work of art, and there is no other shirt like it. Imperfections are welcomed and should be cherished. Each piece becomes unique and personal as a result. Wash lovingly! For longer life, hand wash in cool water and hang dry.
